Computing, Engineering & Information Sciences

CEIS Montage of images

Welcome to the School of Computing, Engineering and Information Sciences (or CEIS for short), based in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. You've come to the right place, if you're looking for courses that will equip you with the necessary skills to work in the modern business world. Please take a look around and choose the course that is best for you, and if you need any help just get in touch - we'd be delighted to help.

You may also be interested to know that we've just finished our first Graduate Show at which graduating students from all disciplines within the School could demonstrate some of their work from their final year. It was an impressive show - so much so that The Journal branded it "Too Good To Miss" and reported:

"A tent that is waterproof, adaptable and easily branded, but also fully recyclable, is helping highlight the talent in Northumbria University. It is part of a graduate show in the School of Computing, Engineering and Information Sciences that should be a magnet for employers. It really is too good to miss!"

Another report on the show is also available on the right hand side of this page.
