This programme aims to provide students with a thorough foundation in the theory and knowledge behind strategic international financial governance and finance in order to meeting the challenges of the rapidly changing global business arena. Study comprises a combination of lectures, seminars, workshops and tutorials together with a 10,000-word dissertation enabling students to explore a topic of particular interest whilst applying the theoretical knowledge gained on the taught elements. The architectural technologist works with the design and construction professions to ensure optimum building performance and efficiency. The course enables students to develop an understanding of the design process, contractual issues, and professional obligations. It will teach students the skills to translate design into construction, maximising efficiency and satisfaction. The third year will be spent on a professional placement working in industry.

This first degree in architecture is unique in its approach to addressing issues of management in architectural design during the first three years of study.
