Fees and Finance

We also offer a 10% tuition fee discount for anyone who is a Northumbria University graduate. In addition to this Alumni discount, Northumbria University has introduced merit-based scholarships to support the progression of students from undergraduate to postgraduate study. Taught Courses
For taught postgraduate courses, our online course directory is a great place to start and contains details of all taught courses. You can search for either full-time or part-time courses, check the fees and even apply directly from your selected course entry.
Research Opportunities
Research opportunities exist in all our Schools. Students can enrol on postgraduate research programmes for MPhil/PhD/Professional Doctorate. Initial contact can be made via The Graduate School. The Graduate School provides opportunities for postgraduate skills development for registered PGR students.

How to Apply
Applications for the majority of taught postgraduate programmes should be made directly to the University (the Bar Professional Training Course, Legal Practice course and Graduate Diploma in Law qualifications are the only exceptions).
