• University Accommodation
  Pay 2012 prices - offer extended to 14 February 2013
  Book University Accommodation by 14 February 2013 and pay 2012 prices. Returning/Continuing student are eligible to apply for University accommodation. You are considered to be a returning/continuing student for 2013/14 where you have studied at Northumbria University for the academic year 2012/13. This includes progressing from an undergraduate programme to a postgraduate programme. Contracts in most residences are offered for a full year from July to July however, shorter contracts are available in some non en suite residences. • Private accommodation
  There is a surplus of private rented property for students in Newcastle so finding somewhere to live won't be a problem. Northumbria Students' Union has opened a brand new letting agency exclusively for Northumbria students NU:Lets - the 'no agents fee' way of finding property in the private sector. In addition to this, the Accommodation Office distributes two independent student housing magazines to students in University residences. These are full of properties for rent and advice on what to look for. There is also a flat finding guide on the Private Accommodation section of our website and the Accommodation Office runs a housing advice drop in session from 3.00 to 4.00pm Monday - Friday (term time) if you have any queries.
