Students have a unique opportunity to develop culturally as well as academically, as there are students from around the world living in our residences, for example from China, Malaysia, Thailand, India and North America, as well as European countries such as France, Germany, Spain and Greece.
We are pleased to announce that due to our new buildings opening in September 2011 we are now in a position to consider applications from new students living within local postcodes in addition to new students from outside the local area. Local students are those whose current address is within the following postcodes: NE1-18, NE20-42, DH2,3,4 and 9 and SR1-6.
All Accommodation is close to or within easy travelling distance of the University.
When leaving by car at the end of contract, the City Campus East Pay and Display car park can be used during evenings and weekends only. Please do not use any other private University car parks; you will incur a penalty charge if you park without a permit.
