Also 31 self contained studio rooms for single students with en suite and 'mini-kitchen' unit comprising sink, hob, microwave and fridge.

Provided - Electric central heating, fuel costs included in the rent. Wall mounted 14" TV in each room with licence provided at no extra cost. Possessions insurance included in the rent. Kettle and toaster. Launderette, cycle store and limited car parking on site - 20 spaces (weekly charge)

You will need to bring - cooking equipment, crockery and bedding.

Telephone/Internet access - You can connect to the internet for 'Lite'  usage at no additional cost. It is possible to upgrade to "Super" at an extra cost.
