Description/location - 12 storey block on City Campus built in 1960s with refurbishment programme between 2000 and 2006. Lift access to 10th floor. Five minutes walk to City Campus East.

Rooms - 261 rooms larger than average size each with wash hand basin.

Shared showers and toilets on each floor.

Meals - Two per day - breakfast and evening meal (lunch at weekends) in teaching and assessment weeks.

Provided - Small kitchenettes with microwaves for preparing lunches and meals in vacations. Kettles, irons and ironing boards. Central heating, fuel costs included in the rent. Possessions insurance included in the rent. Launderette.

You will need to bring - bedding, cooking equipment and crockery. The is no parking provided.

Telephone/Internet access - A Freewire internet service is included in the rent.

The Freeview internet service inlcudes a chargeable "softphone service" through a pc or laptop. Details are available at http://www.freewiretv.com/cheapcheep.html. There are no pay phones in most residences and students should bring their own mobile phones.

Conventional telephones and telephone lines not provided.

A shop is situated near the entrance to the Hall, which is available to all students on the City Campus.
