Description/location - Six-storey flats in a building converted and refurbished in 1993, with lift access to all floors. 10-15 minutes walk from the City Campus. Big views from the top floor and next to the Biscuit Factory, "Britain's Biggest Original Art Store."

Rooms - 330 rooms in self contained flats for groups of 4 to 8 students (mostly 5/6). Range of room sizes, mostly larger than average size.

Shared kitchen/dining room and bathroom facilities - two showers and two toilets in five bedroom and larger flats.

Provided - Electric central heating, fuel costs included in the rent. Possessions insurance included in rent. Launderette, cycle store and covered car parking on site - 31 spaces, at extra cost

You will need to bring - cooking equipment and crockery, iron, ironing board, bedding.

Telephone/Internet access - A Freewire internet service is included in the rent.

The Freeview internet service includes a chargeable "softphone service" through a pc or laptop. Details are available at http://www.freewiretv.com/cheapcheep.html. There are no pay phones in most residences and students should bring their own mobile phones.

 In addition, conventional telephone lines can be installed at students' own cost, (or reconnected where already installed - most flats have a telephone line.)
