NU Why did you choose to study at Northumbria?

P In a city like Newcastle, education and entertainment go hand in hand; I found this an appealing combination when I was choosing where to study. The course structure sounded interesting as it had a proportionate blend of theory and practical aspects of computing technology.

NU How did you feel during your first week at Northumbria?

P My first week was full of excitement and temptation to explore each and every area of the city and the university facilities.

NU How do you get on with your tutors?

P I often need to arrange meetings with my tutors to discuss the progress I’m making with my assignments. I’ve found the entire course team to be helpful and informative. I carried out my MSc project at a company called Transmission Dynamics. I did this under the combined supervision of the university and the company, which meant that even though I was based off campus I still had the reassurance of contact with my tutors.
