Four to seven storey flats built in 2005 close to the City Campus (5-10 minutes' walk). Next to Garth Heads. Lift access to all floors. There are 281 rooms in self-contained flats for groups of 3 - 7 students (mainly in four bedroom flats). Slightly larger than average size rooms each with own en suite: shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Large shared kitchen/dining room in each flat. Within many flats there are some larger rooms with 3/4 size beds (54 in total, for single occupancy). Also 6 rooms for couples in some flats. Knoll Court Bedroom
