Northumbria prospectus is “Best in Britain”
Northumbria University’s undergraduate prospectus has been named the best in Britain after winning Gold at the Higher Education Information Services Trust (Heist) Awards, earlier in May.![]() |
This is the second year, in a row, that the University’s undergraduate prospectus has been recognised by Heist, achieving a Silver Award at last year’s ceremony as well as being named as the ‘favourite prospectus’ of the Sunday Times in its Good University Guide.
Professor Andrew Wathey, Northumbria’s Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive, said: “While many felt that the University’s new-style prospectus was radical when it was first introduced three years ago, it is clear it has a positive impact on potential students and has made a significant contribution to our success in undergraduate recruitment.
“It is always good to be recognised by our peers for the quality and effectiveness of the activity the University undertakes and the material it produces.”
