Third London alumni gathering a success
The Alumni Association and School of Built and Natural Environment worked in partnership to host the third London alumni event of 2012 at The Gallery in Redchurch Street, Shoreditch.

The event was the third of its kind this year in London and the group appears to be going from strength to strength. Alumni who had attended one or both of the previous events were joined by those attending for the first time.
The attendee list showed alumni from the 80's, 90's, 00's and more recent graduates, all with a variety of backgrounds in terms of programmes studied and the careers they now pursue.
Between 26 and 30 June the gallery was home to the Northumbria University Master of Architecture Exhibition, so alumni also had the opportunity to view some of the most recent work by the final year M.Arch students.
As well as networking, it was also an opportunity for friends to catch up with each other. Hannah Fox, BA (Hons) English & Film studies 2007 said " I attended the Northumbria Alumni event in Shoreditch - it was great! The architecture students really looked after us, and it was a great opportunity to catch up with an old course mate, so thanks."
