All data will be held securely by Northumbria Alumni Association and will be treated confidentially and with sensitivity for the benefit of Northumbria University and its members. The data is available to our academic Schools and administrative departments, recognised alumni groups and other clubs associated with the University and to agents contracted by the University for particular alumni-related projects. Data is used for a full range of alumni activities, including the sending of University publications, the promotion of benefits and services available to alumni, notification of alumni events, programmes and opportunities involving academic and administrative departments. Data may be used for fund raising programmes which might include an element of direct marketing.

Northumbria Alumni Association is required to provide information to external contractors working on behalf of the Higher Educational Survey Agency (HESA) who may contact you from time to time. If you do not wish to take part in the DLHE Longitudinal survey please contact the Alumni Office as detailed above.
