Online Payments Refund Policy
In the event that any payment is to be refunded the University will endeavour to make the refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made.
If for any reason the payment cannot be made to the originating card for reasons outside the University’s control a cheque refund will be made to the cardholder.
In the event of a student withdrawing him/herself from a programme of study, he/she must advise the Course Administrator in writing to this effect, stating the last date of attendance.
Entitlement to a refund of tuition fees will be determined in accordance with section 11 of the Handbook of Student Regulations.
