I joined Northumbria University in 2011 as a Lecturer in Manufacturing Technology. Before this I worked in the electronic components manufacturing industry for sixteen years.

My main research interests are development and optimisation of materials and manufacturing processes. You may view my publications at the Northumbria Research Link (NRL)

Outside of work my hobbies are playing football, golf and snooker.
