This theme spans the use of information and knowledge in different physical and digital contexts, from libraries to social groups, professional groups to organizational communities. Our research aims to understand complex behaviours associated with information seeking and use and how information and knowledge strategies can be adapted more effectively for greater individual, organizational and community impact. A particular focus involves work around our i-Trust model.
