Developing records management programmes in FEIs

Within the specific context of Freedom of Information (FoI), this project investigated how RM programmes can be developed to ensure the good management of records in all formats within FEIs in the North East of England. It assessed the then current status of RM practices in those FEIs and benchmarked those practices against the Model Action Plan (MAP) recommendations for compliance with the Lord Chancellor's Code of Practice on RM.
