RM capacity and compliance toolkits

This project critically evaluated four toolkits for assessing records management capacity and/or compliance. The toolkits had been developed in different countries and sectors within the context of the e-environment and providing evidence of good corporate and information governance. The toolkits were evaluated from both the theoretical and practical aspects with both the developers and selected users. The results provided a comparative guide to the toolkits which can be fed into their further development and into the potential development of new toolkits.
