International Travel Law Journal

The International Travel Law Journal ceased publication in 2008, having established itself as one of the leading travel and tourism journals in its field. The Journal featured articles on all aspects of travel law, including tour operating, travel agency, aviation, hotelkeeping, trading standards and enforcement, timeshare and regulatory issues.

Designed to reflect all shades of opinion it has contributors drawn from all sections of the travel industry as well as academics, legal practitioners, the judiciary and consumers. If you have any interest at all in travel law this Journal is essential reading - it is informative, comprehensive, written in 'plain English' and contains a blend of both practical and academic articles from around the world.

You can order electronic versions (pdfs) of this journal online - see links below. Hard copies are also available for some issues, however, these cannot be ordered online. Please contact the Northumbria Law Press for details of hard copy availability.
