Complaints or Chiropody?
A large proportion of holiday complaints fail to go beyond the general grumbling stage. Of those that areacted upon most never reach litigation. So what happens to them? The answer is that they get dealt with by in-house consumer relations staff or by specialist consumer relations companies.
