Where the Wild Ones Win... In Hollywood
Senior Lecturer wins at the Hollywood Music for Media Awards...
We are proud to announce that Trevor Sewell, Senior Lecturer in Interactive Media Design has been awarded with the Best Blues Song at the Hollywood Music in Media Awards for his song 'Where the Wild Ones Go'.
The song is a tribute to “the late great Freddie King, perhaps the most underrated Blues Musician of all time”.
Trevor’s album ‘Calling Your Name’ has also reached Number 1 on the American Blues Scene Chart this week which gets him around another 40 radio stations in the US!
In addition to this, Trevor has now been nominated in the ‘Best Blues Artist’ category at the Artist in Music Awards which will be held at the Key Club on sunset Boulevard on the 10th February.

Trevor was also nominated in the Americana/Roots Category for his song 'Hundred Years' and in the Instrumental Category for 'The Big Sleep' from his side project 'The ad-Ventures'.
