Based at the city campus, there are 250 single study bedrooms with tea/coffee making facilities and radio alarm clocks. All rooms have a wash basin with 12 rooms sharing three individual shower/toilet facilities. Common areas include a dining hall with up to 200 banquet capacity and informal meeting room/TV room, vending machine and shop for all those forgotten items. Bed and Full English breakfast. Limited parking available at one of the campus car parks.

Opened in September 2011, this residence provides excellent en suite accommodation just a few minutes walk from the city centre and our main conference venue at City Campus East. All rooms have a double bed, wi fi access, communal kitchen with tea/coffee making facilities, mcirowave, fridge. Breakfast is available Monday to Friday in our restaurant, two minutes walk from the resdience. At weekends we can offer continental 'Breakfast to Go' or stay with us room only.

Opened in September 2011, Winn Studios is located opposite the Biscuit Factory, the UK's largest independent commercial art gallery and a short walk from the Quayside and City Centre. We are pleased to offer premier double bed en sutie studios, individually presented to a high standard with integral kitchen, TV and comfortable seating area. Tea/coffee making facilties in the room with luxury breakfast hamper for two.

Winn Studios also offers self catering accommodation for families and groups. Flats providing from 5 - 10 rooms are available on a nightly or weekly basis. An ideal base for a short weekend break or a longer break exporing the area. Individual rooms have large single beds (4ft) and en suite facilities. Communal kitchens are fully equipped for your stay with us and also provide a comfortbale seaitng area and TV.
