There are two main city centre sites to choose from - City Campus East and City Campus West.
Opened in September 2007 the stunning buildings at City Campus East house our Schools of Design, Law and the Newcastle Business School and, among many awards, were named North East Landmark Building of the Year in 2007. These eco-friendly iconic buildings are now part of the dramatic city skyline and provide the perfect setting for today’s conferences.
The site includes three state-of-the art lecture theatres, seating 200, 250 and 400 delegates respectively, with the facility to electronically link all three. An extensive exhibition/networking space and a range of classrooms/seminar rooms for breakout workshops, offer the perfect setting for your conference or day meeting.
A step across the dramatic footbridge brings you to City Campus West, an established area which has been, and continues to be, refurbished to a high standard. Offering lecture theatres from 40 to 250 capacity, a range of breakout rooms, exhibition space, accommodation and dining facilities. We can work with a choice of different buildings and room combinations, to find just the right location for your unique event.
All of our meeting spaces provide comprehensive IT equipment and the following facilities are included in our meeting room rates.- OHP
