Student & Programme Administration
Student & Programme Administration is a section within Academic Registry which co-ordinates and organises a number of functions on a University wide basis. These functions include:
- Criminal Records Bureau applications administration
- Enrolment and re-enrolment (data confirmation) co-ordination and organisation
- Production of teaching timetables
- Production of examination timetables
- Co-ordination of examination arrangements including invigilators
- Management of data on student systems
- Management of student systems
- Data returns to external bodies
- Co-ordination of transcript production
- Production of award parchments
- Organisation of academic congregations
The section also produces the dates for each academic session and the calendar of key events and admin deadlines. Finally, the section has also produced a number of guidelines and good practice guides for administrators which can be found by following the link to Administrators Guidelines.
