Congregations
Academic Congregations are held in Sport Central, City Campus, Newcastle in July and December. Ceremonies are also held in Grenada and Hong Kong. All Ceremonies are organised by the Congregation Office within Student and Programme Administration, Academic Registry.

Certificates and Letters of Confirmation
The parchments for University degrees and other awards are printed by the Student & Programme Administration Office of the Academic Registry, following the final examination boards and are sent to the student's last recorded home address.

Award Verification
If you are a prospective employer or a registered body requiring award verification of a former student or confirmation of study dates for a current student, please submit a written request, including a signed consent form from the student, to the relevant academic school.
