Welcome to Northumbria University Web Roombooking System, this service is offered to all members of staff at Northumbria University wishing to make a casual room booking in locations across all campus sites. New users please refer to the user guides provided below.
Any queries relating directly to a room booking please send to rg.roombooking@northumbria.ac.uk, all other queries should be forwarded to it.helpline@northumbria.ac.uk.
By logging in to this service you are agreeing to be bound by the University IT Regulations and Guidelines.
N.B. During semester 1 and semester 2 teaching periods, the teaching rooms will not be made available for booking until after the teaching timetables have been completed and confirmed.
