Car Parking

Facilities Management has the support of two members of the Estates administration team, Angela Lennard and Margaret McAdam.

Responsibilities

  • Car Parking
  • Permit Issue  
  • Individual Bays
  • Visitor Parking is booked via Security.  Please contact Lynn Graham via e mail to ea visitor-parking. 

Service
We will:

  • Maintain car parking permit records
  • Issue new permits annually
  • Issue replacement permits within three working days from date of request
  • Be available between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00 pm to issue permits
  • Be available between the hours of 8.30am and 3.00 pm to book visitor car parking.

Customer Care
We will:

  • Aim to ensure are staff are always helpful and friendly
  • Invite periodic customer feedback on how we are doing.

Complaints Procedure
If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of the Car Parking administrative service, there is a complaints procedure. Please put your complaint in writing to the Facilities Manager. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days and a full response within 10 working days.

Complaints can be forwarded to the Facilities Manager, Estates Department, 4 North Street East.

We ask that you

  • Give us reasonable notice if you require a particular service from us.
  • Please treat our staff with respect and be polite.
  • Ensure when completing the car parking application forms that you complete every section.
