Inspection and Testing of Portable Electrical Equipment
All portable electrical equipment in the University is subject to a specific inspection/test schedule.Inspection and testing may only be carried out by authorised testers. Portable electrical equipment meeting the requirements of the inspection/test schedule carries a test tag affixed by the tester to the equipment body or lead.
No equipment is to be used on University premises without a valid test tag.
