Welcome to Northumbria University’s Online Payments System

The Northumbria Online payments system provides an easy, flexible method to enable you to pay online. You will already have been advised by the appropriate University authority of the sums payable for tuition/accommodation and Sport Northumbria fees.

You can pay:

one full or part- payment against the appropriate fee with a credit/debit card (NB: Team Northumbria Membership fees by credit/debit cards must be for full payment)
by direct debit - (UK Bank Accounts Only)

Opening times 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

You will need your Student Identification Number or User ID to use this service.

Please note that this system cannot be used to pay tuition or accommodation fees for previous years or fees that are now overdue.
It is important that you read the Credit Control and Debt Management Policy before deciding to use this service.

Student Finance Helpline

Please note we have a new Student Finance Helpline which is now in operation.

The number is: 0191 227 4050 for general Student Enquiries.

When you ring the Helpline you will be given a unique reference number for your query, with which you can track the progress at all stages, at the final stage you will also receive an e-mailed confirmation of the action taken.

The University will accept payment in sterling only from the following cards: VISA, DELTA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, MAESTRO, JCB. The minimum payment is £5.
