SAP Support

Our primary role is to provide development and technical support for the key financial system, SAP.


Our main duties include….

  • Providing access to the Financial system, user id's, authorisations etc.
  • Problem Solving, bug fixing etc.
  • Development work - new reports, interfaces with other systems etc.
  • Systems Administration - creating master data etc.

If you are reporting a systems fault/problem or are requesting SAP  development/change then in the first instance you should contact the IT helpdesk who will log the call and provide a call reference number. This ensures that any requests are forwarded to the correct person and aren't misplaced or forgotten about.
