Paying your fees
There are a variety of ways to pay your tuition, accommodation and sport membership fees as follows:
Online
To pay your fees online go to the Northumbria University Online ePayments System, where you will be able to pay with a credit/debit card.
Automated Telephone Payments
The Automated Telephone Payments System allows students to pay their tuition, accommodation and sport membership fees. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however, please note advisor assistance is only available during office hours.
The number to call is 0191 215 6555 (All calls are charged at standard national rate. Mobile charges may be considerably higher)
To use the system you will need either a credit or debit card and a touch-tone telephone. You will need to know your University computer network ID number, your student ID number or UCAS number and the amount you wish to pay. The transaction confirmation will be sent to your University student email address. The Automated Telephone Payment System will give clear instructions on how to process your payment.

MAESTRO - VISA - VISA DEBIT - MASTERCARD (we do not accept American Express)
Cash
You can pay in person at the Payment Office, in Sutherland Building, City Campus West.
Cheque/Bank Draft
Please make payable to University of Northumbria and write your name, student number, and date of birth on the back of the cheque. Post to Finance department or deliver to Payment Office.
Bank Transfer
Transfer from your account to the University account as follows:
