The Automated Telephone Payments System allows students to pay their Tuition, Accommodation and Sport Northumbria Fees. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however please note advisor assistance is only available during office hours.

To use the system you will need either a credit or debit card and a touch-tone telephone. You will need to know your University computer network ID number, your student ID number or UCAS number and the amount you wish to pay. The transaction confirmation will be sent to your University student email address. The Automated Telephone Payment System will give clear instructions on how to process your payment.
