Finance Help Line
Finance have identified Students have a number of concerns
relating to finance issues. From listening to our Students we have
identified these areas and introduced Finance to the Helpline service,
where enquiries can be dealt with more effectively and efficiently.
The Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7days a week. All callers will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours with a unique reference number to allow them to track the progress of the enquiry at all stages. At the final stage the caller will receive an e-mail/call confirming the action taken. Your call will be researched by the Finance team during normal office hours Monday to Friday.

Friday: 0830 -1630
(Closed on bank holidays)
All you need to have prepared is your student ID number, contact number and email address if different from your University email address.
The Support Team aims to handle any nature of finance related enquiries. Anything that you would like to discuss with us will remain utterly confidential, so do not hesitate to give us a call.
