Finance Help Line

To help with any student finance queries, we have teamed up with the IT Helpline to provide 24 hour assistance, 7 days a week.

The Student Finance Helpline number is 0191 227 4050.

All enquirers will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours with a unique reference number to allow them to track the progress of the enquiry at all stages. You will then receive an e-mail/call detailing the information/action requested. Please note that while you may submit your request at any time, your enquiry can only be answered by the Finance team during normal office hours.

When contacting the helpline you will need to provide your student ID number, contact number and email address if different from your University email address.
