People Development

The University provides a wide range of learning and development opportunities to support staff in their current roles and with their future career aspirations and this is set out in the People Development Commitment. This is supported by an annual Faculty and Service Development Plan which enables Faculties and Services to plan and resource development activities and this achieved through the support of Faculty and Service People Development Coordinators.
