MyNorthumbria

MyNorthumbria provides members of staff with personalised information on for example, their personal details, employment details; training record with the University.

Your information will be only accessible by you. However, new members of staff will only be able to access their own MyNorthumbria page once they have actually started work and have been given an IT username and password.

As soon as you receive these it is recommended that you open your page to check your personal details and employment information.

Any changes to personal information should be notified to HR using the electronic amendment form provided.

If any alterations are required to your employment details, you will need to raise these with your manager so that they can notify HR.

MyNorthumbria can be accessed by using the button located at the top of every page on the University website.
