Welcome to Northumbria University's Leadership Attributes

The Leadership Attributes have seven dimensions and were developed to clarify and explain the features and standards of leadership we feel are appropriate in the light of our mission and vision as an organisation.  They summarise the key skills, knowledge and behaviours needed by leaders in the University, as well as by our aspiring and emerging leaders, to help the University achieve its Corporate Strategy.
