Audio Visual Support

The IT Services Audio Visual Support Team has responsibility for over 200 timetabled classrooms, lecture theatres and meeting rooms across the University Campus.

Teaching Rooms
All the teaching PCs have the same standard set up, so that staff can logon in any teaching room on campus.

Additional Bookable Facilities
A variety of additional equipment can be booked via the IT Helpline.  For more information on what’s available please search in IT KnowHow for ‘Book Additional Facilities’

Rapid Response
The Team are happy to help with all your classroom enquiries, offer technical advice and basic equipment training.  The IT Helpline can also contact them on mobile phones for rapid response to urgent problems.

High Profile Events
Assistance is available for your high profile University event from pre-event advice and checks, through to a dedicated technician in attendance on the day. Please give at least 5 days notice when booking.

Video Conferencing
