About

Our team exists to work with the University maximising the role technology can play in the students’ learning experience. We do this through the development, provision, support and maintenance of centrally based IT solutions and the generation of eLearning content to support the University and enhance the learning experience of all students.

Services

  1. Virtual Learning Environment – All students and academic staff can access 24/7 our VLE platform, Blackboard, providing course materials, opportunities for collaboration to enhance learning and access to an expanding range of eLearning related content.
  2. eLearning Content Development – The TEL team actively supports the authoring, generation and maintenance of media rich eLearning content to support both on-campus and distance learning students to industry standards ensuring content is both engaging and highly accessible.
