This is your Library and your service and we strive to create customer focussed services that match your needs. In 2010 this was recognised when we attained the Cabinet Office Customer Service Excellence Award. In 2011 we were reacredited with this award which highlighted that:
“There has been a continuous high level of satisfaction at 95% for the last three years, with some 62% being Very Satisfied. Across a number of external surveys, this high level of satisfaction places the University Library as one of the best in the country.”
“Over the last twelve months Northumbria University Library has continued to provide an excellent service to its students.”
