Inter Library Loan replacement charge - Full replacement cost plus administration charge as specified by the British Library/Lending library.
INVOICED BOOKS
For items in print - Replacement cost if the item plus a non refundable £10.00 handling charge, plus fines.
For items not in print - Assessment of item will be made and charged accordingly. A non refundable £10.00 handling charge plus fines will also be charged.
