Open University Licence

This licence permits the recording of any identifiable OU programme.

• All recordings must be logged through the Copyright Clearance Centre, University Library & Learning Services
• All recordings must display a label which shall include the Course, Number and Title of the Designated Programme and the date upon which it was recorded
• No recordings may be shown other than on University premises and must be for educational purposes only
• Programmes may not be edited, cut or amended
• Programmes may not be sold, lent or hired to a third party
