Endnote bibliographic software
Introduction
Endnote is a program which lets you store, manage and search for references in your own database. References can be inserted into dissertations or articles written in Word and the reference list is automatically compiled by Endnote.
References can be created for books, journal articles, book chapters, dissertations, art work, recordings, Web pages, letters, manuscripts, or just about anything you want to cite.
References from online databases like Web of Knowledge or the Library catalogue can be imported into Endnote without retyping.
You can store abstracts and full text as well as add your own notes and keywords.
Endnote also allows searching to locate references on a specific subject or by an author, and reformat references in different referencing styles eg Harvard (Cite them Right) for dissertations, theses or articles.
