We aim to meet the needs of students and graduates for high quality information, education and guidance and to enhance their employability through work with academic Schools and employers. We are accredited with the Matrix quality standard, a national award for information, advice and guidance which is approved following an independent assessment and audit of the service including feedback from users.  We were successfully re-accredited with the Matrix standard in February 2013.

We produce Statements of Service for: Students and Graduates, Employers and Professional bodies, and University Schools and staff.  They give a detailed account of what is offered and the standards that we adhere to.  These are available to view online (see related information or the relevant section of the our web site).  Also produced are policies on compliments, suggestions and complaints, information, referral and student and graduate records. All policies are available upon request.
