The scheme pairs students from Northumbria University with volunteer mentors from a range of large, well known organisations. The aim is:

• To develop contacts who could help you with planning your career
• To give you insight into different career options, and help you prepare for the world of work
• To improve your commercial awareness and employability skills

You Will:

• Have regular meetings with your mentor over a six month period- November to April
• Be awarded a certificate at the end of the scheme
• Learn about work culture through a role model, and start building your network for the future
