Handbook of Student Regulations
This Handbook indicates the ‘rules of conduct’ to be observed by students as members of the University. It is designed to indicate the rights and obligations on each student as a member of the University.
Sections 1-6, 9 and 11-15 apply to all students. Sections 7, 8 and 10 apply to students on taught programmes (at undergraduate and postgraduate level). MPhil/PhD students and Professional Doctorate students each have equivalent dedicated regulations which also appear below.
Students should also consult other official University documents (e.g. Programme Handbooks) to ensure that they are familiar with all that is expected of them. The definitive version of the ‘Handbook of Student Regulations’ is that which appears below.
