I am currently working as Commercial Manger in Dubai,United Arab Emirates.

What was it about Northumbria that made you decide to study here?

I liked Northumbria a lot! There were very good teachers with great atmosphere and support. I like the city of Newcastle, it is a calm, fantastic place and the people are very helpful. The course was great and had excellent support throughout.

What was it like studying at Northumbria? (eg. were there a mix of lectures, seminars, team projects? Was the feedback constructive?)

It was a really good experience studying in Northumbria University with excellent academic staff and student support. I learnt lot from this course and the professors had an excellent working environment.

How connected was your course with industry? (eg. did you have a placement, work on projects? were there interesting guest lectures?)

Courses were connected with my current working industry as I am QS professional, this degree gave me lot to boost my career.

What was the best thing about your course?

Up-to-date, contemporary courses and lessons with great support offered.

How did studying at Northumbria help you achieve your career goals/ give your career an edge?

Northumbria University gave me strength in my area of work which has helped me a lot in my career progress. the university gave me a professional qualification especially in Quantity Surveying.

Which skills/knowledge did you learn on your course that you use most now throughout your career?

Critical thinking, which has helped me boost my career.

What did you enjoy most about your time at Northumbria University?

The study atmosphere was a great way to learn and complete my work and projects.

Great, and value for money!
