An alumnus of Northumbria University Design, Harshad, is now based in the US and works as a Digital Strategy & Customer Experience Consultant at Cognizant Interactive, a digital agency within Cognizant Technology Solutions.
With his formal training in Design, Engineering and a Masters in Design Management & Strategies, he has been passionately working in the fields of Digital Strategy, Customer Experience, Service Design, Industrial Design, Design Academia and Innovation. He has worked with a number of clients from varied domains like Banking & Financial Services, Food & Beverages, Corporate, Technology, Insurance, Healthcare & Pharma, Retail & Consumer Goods, Government, Hospitality to name a few.
Prior to Cognizant, Harshad was a full time faculty of Business Design & Innovation at Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research in India. He is an Electrical Engineer, followed with rank & distinction at both; Bachelor of Design at University of Pune and Masters in Design Management at Northumbria University Design.
Harshad has been a professional architectural & travel photographer with some exhibitions and accolades to his credit. Has had a 3 and a half year long stint in theatre. Loves travelling, food and has an eclectic taste for global cinema and classical music.
