Graduates 2017

Are you hard-working and highly motivated? If so, we want to hear from you.

Northumbria University's Graduate Programme is designed to prepare Northumbria's most talented graduates for a career in Higher Education Management. It provides the opportunity to participate in a two-year programme, during which graduates will learn about the University and the Higher Education environment. The Programme involves a planned sequence of four six-month placements and involves gaining experience in various areas within the University.

The Programme is designed to give you hands-on experience and the opportunity to get involved with various projects. The role and responsibilities during each placement will vary and each graduate will have a clear project brief and objectives to deliver in order to demonstrate their achievements. Graduates will develop their professional skills and build their knowledge through work-based projects and practical experiences, complemented by development opportunities and mentoring throughout the programme.

At the end of the programme it is anticipated that graduates will be recruited into a professional level role within the University .
