Assessment Centre Practice

Room 306, Northumberland Building

-

Improve your chances of securing a place on a graduate scheme or placement by experiencing a group activity from an assessment centre first hand.  Use the feedback you’ll receive from observers to improve your performance during the real thing.

This session is for students from any degree who would like to apply to graduate recruiters.  Students will learn about the key competencies employers look for and how they can best prepare for a group activity by finding out the do’s and don’ts. Students will be observed throughout and will receive feedback which they can use to improve their performance during a real assessment centre.

If you require communication or access support please contact Careers and Employment to discuss ways of organising this, nucareers@northumbria.ac.uk
