Think Before You Think

Lecture Theatre 011, Design Building, City Campus East, Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne

Refreshments will be available from 5pm

Synopsis

The modern, complex, highly-interconnected world of today requires a new thinking paradigm.  Thinking systemically is defined and proposed to fill this gap. The role of the universities is to lead in the advancement of new thinking but to do so must first investigate their own structures. The “ learning organisation” is suggested as such a new structure.
